CrossLink was able to transfer all the money received through November ($1,400.00) for the Venezuela Ministries Assistance Fund to Venezuela where food was bought and distributed to pastors in the Trujillo Association of 27 churches. The Venezuelan pastors call this distribution of food – The Raven Program – named after a story in 1 Kings 17 where the prophet Elijah was commanded to remain living in a land with extreme famine and drought, but God supplied snacks by sending ravens to bring Elijah food. The churches in Venezuela thank all of the ravens for the food that they provided this month.
Thank you for all the funds donated to the CrossLink Venezuela Ministries Assistance Fund. And THANK YOU for all future funds which go directly to our church partners in Venezuela to provide food used by pastors to feed school children and hospital patients. For some children, this is the only meal they will eat that day. It also provides an opportunity to share the gospel with the children and their teachers.
